It is hard to believe that mid-summer is upon us and that it has been approximately four and a half months plus of adjusting to our new routines and way of life.  We hope this period has allowed everyone the time to reconnect (albeit in a different manner) and reevaluate what is most important as we simplify our being during this time.  Some of you may find it challenging at times and for some, refreshing.  Wherever you find yourselves on the spectrum, we hope all of you are keeping safe and healthy. 

With the long weekend ahead of us, the CCA is typically planning for our annual Summer Picnic that is held in August.  Unfortunately, the event has been cancelled this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic and adhering to health and governmental protocols.

We are slowly inching closer to normal, but we must continue to be vigilant and diligent in keeping safe and healthy.  Please continue to follow the guidelines of health and governmental authorities.  Together we can all do our own part to keep ourselves and everyone around us safe and not only get us back to the new normal, but a better normal!

As we look towards the rest of the dog days of summer, find different ways to make it great and take moments to enjoy the simplest of pleasures
